Accommodation with 24 hour Care

We aim to provide a homely and friendly atmosphere. Everyone is encouraged to build on their abilities and live as independently as possible. All residents have 24 hour access to care staff through an alarm call.

Each person’s privacy and individuality are respected at all times.

Gloucester Lodge

Gloucester Lodge has accommodation for groups of five or six people with staff on hand 24 hours a day. Rooms have en suite showers, are wheelchair accessible and have a shared living room, dining room and kitchen. Meals are provided, but residents can choose to self-cater if they prefer.

Victoria Lodge

In Victoria Lodge we have five individual flatlets for people who are developing their independence.

Health services

A full range of health services is available to all residents including a GP, a visiting physiotherapist, a local dentist, optician and chiropodist as needed.

Social activity

Residents can take part in organised activities like Riding for the Disabled, swimming and trips to a local social club, all of which are organised on a weekly basis. Residents are also encouraged to be active with regular trips to go shopping, to the theatre, to clubs, churches and the local pub depending on what they want to do. Everyone can enjoy our splendid 15 acre grounds and heated swimming pool.

Work and training

Residents are fully involved in our training and work experience programmes.
