Our Staff are one of our greatest assets. We offer a high quality service to our clients and we cannot do this without a committed and motivated staff team. The successful recruitment and retention of staff is vital to the continuing success of The Grange.
The Grange provides staff with a wide range of employment benefits, including up to 37 days’ annual leave (includes Bank Holidays, pro-rata for part-time staff), a contributory pension and free staff parking.
We employ around 90 staff and also benefit from the assistance of over 100 volunteers who provide tremendous support.
