Employment with The Grange

Our Staff are one of our greatest assets.  We offer a high quality service to our clients and we cannot do this without a committed and motivated staff team.  The successful recruitment and retention of staff is vital to the continuing success of The Grange.

The Grange provides staff with a wide range of employment benefits, including up to 37 days’ annual leave (includes Bank Holidays, pro-rata for part-time staff), a contributory pension and free staff parking.

We employ around 90 staff and also benefit from the assistance of over 100 volunteers who provide tremendous support.

We will confirm receipt of all applications but if you do not hear from us further, your application will not have been shortlisted for interview. We will write, telephone or email successful applicants to send invitations for interviews.
