Training

Staff learning and development is a high priority and we include a comprehensive induction programme for all new staff. We offer Common Induction Standards training and NVQ training to relevant staff as well as Tutor qualifications and continuing professional development. We review our salaries annually with comprehensive staff appraisals throughout the year.
