Fundraising

Over the past few years we have successfully raised the funds needed to modernise living accommodation and some training facilities in the grounds of The Grange which have now been completed. We still have a requirement to raise further funds to meet our future training requirements, whether these are for buildings, equipment or other areas so that we can go on providing top quality services for adults with disabilities. To support these needs, we also run a number of events and are always happy to receive help with these or for friends to raise funds through their own initiatives. Marketing

We are constantly visiting Special Schools & Colleges to tell them about what we have to offer at The Grange. We also keep Social Service Departments, Health Authorities and other professional bodies informed about us. We make visits to career seminars or invite groups of visitors here to see the services that we provide. We also have valuable contacts with local companies and businesses. Donations welcome!

Message from The President Over the forty years of my association with The Grange, including ten years as Chairman of the Council of Management, it has undergone many changes. Our aims have always been to ensure that our residents and tenants have the best possible opportunities to lead happy and fulfilled lives. We are constantly responding to the challenges of modern needs and expectations of disabled people by concentrating on encouraging independence, providing choice and fulfilling the potential of each individual. Among all the changes over the years, one constant feature has been, and still is, the wonderful atmosphere, which prevails at The Grange, and which strikes everyone who visits us.                          Lady Cubitt - President
