Interview process

We normally have a 2-stage recruitment process. The first stage is a brief telephone interview with a member of the Human Resources team and the second stage is an interview with the relevant manager.

Those applying for Support Worker roles will also be invited to an informal meeting with a group of our clients. Sometimes this is held on the same day as the interview.

Once you have been offered a role, you must undertake an enhanced DBS (formally CRB) check before you can begin your employment with us.
