If you are keen to live independently in your own home in the community but need some support, our Supported Living Offsite service can help you.
The Grange owns 15 small properties in Bookham village and Leatherhead and our support workers will visit you as often as you need.
This can vary from weekly for some people to 20 hours a week for others and we are always just a call away in an emergency. We can help you organise day-to-day activities, such as:
Letters, bills and banking
Shopping and meal planning
The Grange’s Supported Living Team can also provide support if you live in a property not owned by The Grange for example, a privately-owned flat or one managed by another housing association. We can even support you if you live at home with family members who have other commitments.
Many people who live offsite at The Grange come in to the Main House on a day basis to take part in skills sessions such as creative arts, horticulture, catering, etc. Zena (left) comes in to The Grange from her flat to learn catering skills
We encourage everyone at The Grange to try a work experience placement and look for paid work where appropriate.
We have a dedicated Work Experience Co ordinator and together we give you all the support you need to get the most from your work experience. You could go on to get a part-time paid job.

Epsom House offers a different kind of offsite living for five young females in a large shared property with 24/7 support. It suits those who want to live more independently but need a greater degree of support.
