National Serpent Day - February 1st

It’s a funny time of year to celebrate snakes as they are cold-blooded, not really the type to come out to play on a winters day! National Serpent Day is a day to try to get over your fears, it is not unusual to be afraid of snakes but only some are venomous. Across religions and cultures, serpents and snakes have been used as a symbol of evil, medicine, fertility and much more.

In the video below, find out more about the snakes that live with our Creative Arts Tutor Rachel Casey and her two sons and why they love them so much!
