The Grange is an enterprising and dynamic £4m turnover not-for-profit business. A social landlord and a registered charity, we provide accommodation, support and training for over 130 people with learning disabilities.
We are looking for a new member of our Strategic Leadership Team, driving delivery of our long term plan and fostering innovation. You will oversee our £7m property portfolio, and the delivery of our registered care and support services.
You will lead on our relationships with housing regulators, developers and planning authorities. With professional qualifications and significant experience in estate management, you will have a thorough understanding of the legal requirements on social landlords.
You will encourage an organisational culture of collaboration and efficiency across your teams to ensure the best outcomes for the people we support.
Business acumen and analytical abilities are essential and your ideas on good practice in sustainability and greener working practices will be welcome as we move towards becoming a ‘greener Grange’.
