About the Role

We are looking for a new full-time member to join our team in our skills and activities department.  You will be supporting people accessing our service for skills and activities during the day and 1:1 support may be required.

You will work under the guidance of the Programme Co-ordinator in the skills and activities department supporting people that attend our skills and activities sessions.

  • 1:1 support for people we support in our day placements in skills and activities

Skills, Qualifications and Experience


  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with people at all levels
  • Ability to act on own initiative
  • Excellent team worker
  • The ability to work flexibly and as part of a team, reflecting the values of The Grange
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
  • Willingness to learn new technology and equipment
  • Ability to contribute creatively with attention to detail 


  • Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to drive Grange vehicles and own vehicle
  • Experience of working in a supportive role
