We want to make sure everyone using our services can express their views and be heard. We therefore have a number of active stakeholder forums where people are encouraged to have their say.
This lively group is where people we support can come with any issues they want to raise. They can speak directly to Grange trustees and the CEO. Issues raised are dealt with within a set timeframe. Staff attend to support anyone with a speech or hearing impairment. Grange Action is a group within the US Group who campaign for changes and improvements that will benefit people with disabilities.
Those who live in our accommodation meet quarterly with trustees to put forward any points of concern.
This well-attended group is for parents, family carers and advocates of people we support. Members share ideas and information and invite guest speakers to talk on relevant themes. More info
The Forum provides a means of effective two-way communication between Grange trustees and representatives of families of people supported at The Grange. Family carer representatives are selected by the Relatives and Carers Network.
