People with a learning disability are six times more likely than the general pop

People with a learning disability are six times more likely than the general population to die from coronavirus.

But not all are included in priority group six for the vaccine.

Some people are getting priority for having the vaccine – those with a severe or profound learning disability are in priority group six, and people with Down’s syndrome are in priority group four.

But this excludes so many and has to change – all people with a learning disability need to be a priority.
