What we do Residential care Residential Care Our Residential Care service is designed for people with moderate learning and physical disabilities who need 24/7 care and support. We have three small group homes at The Grange – Cedars, Maples and Willows. The living room, dining rooms and kitchens are shared only with your small group and all rooms are wheelchair accessible with en suite showers. After that it’s up to you! Building independence skills We do everything we can to ensure you are personally involved in any decisions that affect you. Everyone takes part in life skills training which can include household tasks, menu planning, shopping and healthy eating, personal care, taking medication, money management and social activities. You can also join in a range of activities offered on our Skills & Activities programme from catering to creative arts. We’ve seen many people gain enough confidence and skills to move on from residential care to our Supported Living service. Social life There’s always something going on at The Grange – we have a swimming pool, drumming, zumba and Boccia classes, we go out to drama and theatre groups and go on holiday. Our staff are here to help you live the life you choose. To apply for any of our services, please fill out the form here. For a chat call Vikki Schadenberg on 01372 455229.
