The Grange has a dynamic, award-nominated range of skills training and sports and leisure activities for people with learning and physical disabilities.

Our tutors in creative arts, horticulture, IT, catering, woodwork and mini businesses are experienced in helping you explore things you might like doing in a way that suits you.

Over 100 people attend our courses each week – some live at The Grange and others come in just for the day. We’re always growing and adding new sessions.

Our Skills for Life Team will find you activities which will teach you valuable skills for independence as well as being enjoyable and sociable. You’ll soon find your self-esteem and confidence grows. See how others have others have got on in our People Stories section.
