Healthy eating, fitness and social life run through everything we do at The Grange and our 8-acre site with its therapy pool and beautiful grounds lends itself to all kinds of activities.

We also make full use of local gyms, fitness classes and Swann's Club - a special night at the local leisure centre for people with disabilities.

Activities Co ordinator

Brenna is our dedicated Activities Coordinator, organising clubs in everything from trampolining to tennis, cycling to sailing.

She works closely with organisations such as Special Olympics, Superheroes triathlon and cycling events,  Community Golf and Mole Valley Council who provide excellent sport and fitness opportunities. See the video of Anthony at the go kart track below.

Passport to Fitness

This scheme, sponsored by local company UNUM, provides everyone we support with a red passport in which they receive reward points for any sporting activity they undertake. Points mean prizes, such as earphones, water bottles or even cinema tickets!

Social life

There's always something going on at The Grange so people have lots of opportunities to make friends and chat - weekend outings, walks, shopping trips, games nights, Bible study group or just popping round to someone's flat for a cup of tea. Our main house is open on an evening including the IT room.

Our ballroom with sound system is great for birthday parties, discos and coffee mornings.
