Support Worker roles in Residential Care

Are you an empty nester or a gap year student? Perhaps you're returning to work or have been a carer? We are looking for two friendly, caring Support Workers - one part time and one full time - for our 16-person Residential Care service set on a beautiful site in Bookham. Experience is not essential as we provide full training.

About the Role

We are looking for two Support Workers to support people with disabilities who live in accommodation on our site in Bookham. The job involves working alongside people to help them live as independently as possible. We are looking both full and part time Support Workers.

Support work suits people with life experience. You could be an empty nester, an early retiree or a gap year student. You do not need adult care experience or training – we provide all that. You just need a friendly nature, enjoy working with people and have flexibility to work one of two shifts: 07.30 – 13.30 and 14.30- 21.30, including alternate weekends. Full-time employees provide sleep-in cover on a regular basis (2-3 times per month) for which you receive additional pay.
